Central Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency began to repair a 400-meter long damaged pedestrian lane on Jalan H. Agus Salim, Kebon Sirih, Menteng, which aims to create a sense of safety and comfortable for the passerby.

To execute it, as many as 12 personnel serving under Menteng Sub-district's Bina Marga Executing Unit Head Bogi Widiatmaji have been deployed to the location.

"The damage is because of parking vehicles and utility quarries," he expressed, Wednesday (7/15).

Besides pedestrian, at the same location, the sub-agency also repairs waterways and guide tiles for people with disabilities. While on duty in the field, the personnel were required to wear masks, maintain physical distancing and wash hands with soap.

"We always implement health protocols at work. Hopefully all can be complete this week," he stated.
